Omówiono istotę orientacji procesowej w działalności firmy, identyfikację procesów biznesowych, kryteria wybory procesu do reorganizacji oraz zrozumienie i pomiar procesu. Scharakteryzowano zorientowane obiektowo modelowanie procesów biznesowych oraz przedstawiono przykład zastosowania takiego modelowania.

The aim of the article is to present practical aspects of business process reengineering, particularly problems with identificaction, selection and understanding business processes. Object oriented modelling method was used to solve these problems. The example illustrates application this approach during implementation integrated management system. (original abstract)
