Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono formy i zasady przeciwdziałania bezrobociu wśród ludzi młodych. Omówiono sytuację młodzieży na rynku pracy w Polsce.

One of the features of polish job-market is a large unemployment among youth generation. The youth unemployment rate is more than twice higher than average unemployment level in Poland. Implemented job regulations have created advantageous terms to protect young people against unemployment effects, but the policy of unemployment counteraction has encountered the financial limitations (obstacles). In order to decrease the unemployment rate among youth it has been performed a reform of professional education system, worked-out an information and advisory professional system, strengthen system of training's and job-changing advisory.
