Abstrakty
Przedmiotem artykułu jest znaczenie konkurencji w nowym stylu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Autor omówił istotę zdrowej konkurencji oraz czynniki sukcesu współczesnego przedsiębiorstwa takie jak: wysoka jakość, aktywny marketing i efektywne innowacje.
In order to adapt and remain competitive on an ever changing market, companies must constantly improve their management, their performance, as well as forms of marketing and still obey the binding rules of the economy. There are two ways to become more competitive: by lowering and costs or offering customers higher value. Both ways may prove effective since all actions undertaken in order to reduce costs (exploiting own reserves, reducing production, investments and organisational transformation) and interase the value (outsourcing, improving the quality of goods, innovaing, better marketing) also improve internal enterpreneuralism and result in higher productivity and better market position. The choice of now to better an enterprise's competitiveness depends on the success of critical factors that ensure better results in the form of a customer satisfaction. Such factors are constantly changing: thus a company must change and improve constinually. It must always educate and raise its efficiency in order to better serve its surrounding and simultaneously look after itself. (original abstract)
