Przedstawiono przyczyny niedostatecznej efektywności gospodarowania przedsiębiorstw gospodarki komunalnej. Wskazano konieczność restrukturyzacji tych przedsiębiorstw. Zwrócono uwagę na zmiany wprowadzone w zakładach ciepłowniczych.
Functioning of municipal companies is subjected to many various assessments. Creature of company in the functional depiction it is an indication on the area of continuity of the activity. From the analysis of process of functioning of the company results necessity of introducing the of system changes. Those changes should have continuous character, which aim to optimal satisfying of significant socially needs of consumers and in the consequence often to modernising the structures of public utilities companies. However, there are not ready systems - solusions, which can be transferred entirely to the other, those types companies. It follows from local economy conditions and from occurring social situation there.(original abstract)
