Przedstawiono model prezentujący strukturę i przebieg procesu dywestycyjnego. Zaprezentowano ogólne przyczyny oporu odnoszące się do działań restrukturyzacyjnych, w tym do dywestycji. Podkreślono, że dywestycje są źródłem nasilonego oporu, który ujawnia się już w fazie przeddecyzyjnej, co odróżnia je od innowacji jako projektowanej zmiany.

A model representing the structure and course of the divestment process has been presented together with the resistance caused by restructuring procedures, including divestment. It has been highlighted that divestment presents a source of intense resistance that manifests itself in the pre-decision-making phase, thus distinguishing divestment from investment which is perceived as a designed change.(JW)
