Virtualization is a set of profound changes that the management process has underwent recently and which have modified explanative patterns existing in Organization Theory. The term "borderless organization" is meant to be an emerging response to the unprecedented uncertainty of organizational existence as well as to new meaning of time and place in management. Borderless Organization requires a new insight of economic foundations of an enterprise to be performed, with special regard to the meaning of organizational resources and the concept of economic value. In management domain, it calls for the introduction of new organizational culture, networking as basic operation form, space for organizational knowledge and information, and a new concept of organizational behaviour.(original abstract)
