Przedstawiono występującą w teorii i praktyce zarządzania antynomię postaw: racjonalistycznej i humanistycznej. Podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czym powinien kierować się człowiek w swojej działalności? Omówiono strukturalizm reprezentowany przez C. Levi-Straussa i J. Piageta oraz poglądy K.P. Poppera na temat dylematów człowieka czynu praktycznego.
The matter of dispute in the theory and practise of management is the debatable antithesis system of attitudes. In particular the matter of analyses are the conceptions which determine the create process of notion of the structure. This have an influence on the changes in the organization of the firms. The choos of the specified conceptions of the notion of structure is very complicated. The subject of structure needs the special methodological instructions, which were formulated by K.R. Popper. In this paper these instructions were discussed.(original abstract)
