Przedstawiono charakterystykę województwa i potencjał rolnictwa wielkopolskiego. Omówiono dokonujące się zmiany, których celem jest uzyskanie produkcji o wysokiej jakości, która pozwoliłaby na skuteczną konkurencję z producentami na rynku krajowym i unijnym.
The agriculture of Wielkopolska after detime of dynamic structural transformation (has entered) is enterning another stage of expansion, which is the preparation for the integration with EC market. The strategy of the stage is gaing the hight-quality production, wchich would help complete with local and foreign producers. That strategy, which could be also called "expansive" is promising because of the comming profitable changes in the progress of rural regions. It has been prooved that basic ways of the exspansion in the agriculture at the stage of integrational preparation is about supporting developing trends of best farms and agricultural business, also advancing suitable production systems, for family farms and also big areas, promoting food-agriculture, developing stock-exchange market, cteating new chiciatives in setuming soils, and also advancing infrastructure which dynamice the expansion of rural areas.
