Abstrakty
Na rozwój agrobiznesu mają wpływ czynniki finansowe i poziom infrastruktury. Ważne miejsce zajmuje kredyt preferencyjny. W udzielaniu kredytów preferencyjnych pośredniczy Agencja Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa. Agencja dofinansowuje odsetki kredytowe. Aby rozwój agrobiznesu był możliwy konieczna jest pomoc finansowa z budżetu (centralnego lub regionalnego). Pomoc ta w formie kredytu preferencyjnego jest akceptowana przez podmioty sektora żywnościowego.
Financial and infrastructural conditions of development of agricultural business. Agricultural business development is influeneed by financial factors and the level of infrastructure. Very important role in it have preferential credits. Preferential credits are issued with the help of broker Agency Restructurization and Modernization the Agriculture, which partly finances the interestrates. Credit are most cases given to young farmers, who need funds for increasting or equiping the farm. To make the agricultural business develop, financial help from the central or regional budget is necessary. There is a need for much higher amount of money (than it is today) that could be given to farmers in the from of preferential credits.(original abstract)
