Autor podejmuje próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie: jak nauczać i uczyć się wykorzystując media elektroniczne i nowoczesne technologie informacyjne. Przedstawia elektroniczną sytuację edukacyjną na Zachodzie i na naszym rynku medialnym. Dokonuje przeglądu najnowszych technik i tendencji komunikacyjnych. Zwraca uwagę na zagrożenia komputerowe.
The problems presented in the paper concern connections between education and media. Wide potential involving the use of computer-communicator in computer assisted learning has been presented and compared with simple and sophisticated/technical teaching devices. The computer, when properly used, according to modern methodology, can turn out to be highly useful also in areas outside education. But there are public menaces. In the social realm the implications resulting from widespread use of computer are formulated. These changes brought about by virtual reality in the mental realm of humans are shown. Two areas of civilization potentials as well as dangers are presented, in social and cultural aspects.(original abstract)
