Abstrakty
Autor postrzega Polskę jako kraj bezprawia, niedemokratyczne państwo partyjne. Pogląd swój formułuje w oparciu o artykuły Ustawy konstytucyjnej z dnia 2 kwietnia 1997 r. i niektóre przejawy polskiego życia politycznego. Za konieczne uważa zmiany Konstytucji RP z 1997 r. oraz ustawy o partiach politycznych.
Author presents in his article the processes of substituting an idea of a democratic state governed by the rules of law - Rechtsstaat - defined in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, by a party state. Leaders of political parties taking over political power in the country do not feel obliged by the will of their authorities, and by power of their posts they execute their party policy. Defects in Polish new constitution enable the process, as the Constitution provides, that members of the Parliament are not bound by their voters' instructions; the voters are not able to recall their parliamentary representatives who, for different reasons, do not fulfil the mission entrusted to them by the nation. The author analyses rules of law employed by party leaders in order to execute their parties aims. The rule of a Rechtsstaat is violated by power usurping parties that, as in case of AWS-UW coalition, enjoy only 17.5 procent votes of Polish electorate. Numerous party leaders do not even try to hide their usurpation and cynically justify their actions.(original abstract)
