Abstrakty
Celem pracy było poznanie sytuacji finansowej w przedsiębiorstwach rolniczych dzierżawionych. Do analizy wybrano celowo przedsiębiorstwa znajdujące się w dzierżawie na terenie województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego. Wszystkie przedsiębiorstwa są spółkami pracowników i przed prywatyzacją były zakładami rolnymi przedsiębiorstw wieloobiektowych.
With the purpose of this work was to know how is the financial situation on farms in leasing. The were intentionally choose farms in leasing in the region kujawsko-pomorskie to analyse. An of them are partnerships of workers and before privatisation they were big farms. The analyse showed that on this farms there is increasingly difficult financial situation. The farms have was financial outcomes every year. The tenants emphasise that worse situation is because of the unfavourable relation of prices between that what they buy to make products and princes of sole of produced products on farms. Commercial leaded in some of the farms gives move value of sale. It makes possibility to employ more people on farms. It also makes possibility of financial fluency. But it doesn't give more profits on farms. (original abstract)
