Abstrakty

Przedstawiono problem oceny korzyści i strat związanych z realizacją projektu rozwojowego. Omówiono następujące metody oceny takich projektów: metodę prostą, metodę okresu zwrotu, metodę prostej stopy zwrotu, metodę teraźniejszej wartości netto (NPV-Net Present Value), metodę wewnętrznej stopy zwrotu (IRR- Internal Rate of Return).

This text contains decsription of development projects and focuses on importance of budgeting incomes and outcomes of such projects. Budgeting principles were presented in the first part, in the second one main methods were described. There is increasing need among polish enterprises to acquire efficient tools to manage development changes. The most important thing, which managers have to do is to identify and quantify all savings incomes and outcomes connected to considered project. The life cycle should be involved in analysis and proper method should be choosed.(original abstract)
