Human Resources Management increases from traditional model to an idea of competitive organization in changing environment. The difficulty of efficient applications in enterprices caused the necessity of employees participation in problem solving. The personnel management becomes the function of performance and the value of competitive firms. Creative methods and roles play prevailing part in the strategic management of a organization. The innovative HRM focuses on definite dominate features as: increase of social values, new culture, elastic structure, high competence of managers and employees, strong horizontal and vertical co-operation, efficient information systems and high position of expertise in business.
