Abstrakty
Omówiono strategię przedsiębiorstwa w kontekście strategii personalnej. Przedstawiono koncepcję strategii pozyskiwania pracowników (praktyki dyskryminacyjne wobec płci i wieku kandydatów), problem utrzymania i odchodzenia pracowników i strategię wobec szkoleń pracowniczych.
There have been conducted both analysis and evaluation of some personnel functions in this article. The Personnel Institute, Lodz, carried out the research in Lodz voivodship. Other authoritative research were also very helpful. The research takes under consideration the questions of recruitment, selection and personnel maintenance emphasizing both important factors of staff motivation development and dismissal problems. All these questions are considered for context of the personnel strategy, which is integrated with the general strategy. The research shows greater interest in personnel functions, however, the better situation in the market place the firm represents the deeper interest in personnel functions it releases.
