Abstrakty

Omówiono definicję i istotę kultury organizacyjnej. Przedstawiono cel i przedmiot badań kultury organizacyjnej, ich przebieg oraz wnioski po ich przeprowadzeniu. Przedstawiono zależność pomiędzy cechami strukturalnymi organizacji a poszczególnymi wymiarami wartości i praktyk.

This paper presents the results of a study on organizational cultures in eight units from a different organizations in Poland. A factor analysis showed individuals' values to be composed of five dimensions, and individuals' perceptions of their organization's practices of another nine dimensions. The scores on these new dimensions are related to various demographic characteristics of the respondents. From among the quantitative data refering to structural features of the organization we have assessed comparable data on the level of each organization/unit: budget, capital invested, number of employees, distribution of budget, managers profile and employee profile.
