The market development possibilities of firms and enterprises demand necessity of mechanism making of coordination of both levels of interests - of strategic and everyday character. One of these mechanisms is consideration of man interest in conceptions of market policy of firms, enterprises and economy sectors. (M.P.)

Możliwości rozwoju przedsiębiorstw w warunkach gospodarki rynkowej wymagają stworzenia mechanizmu połączenia interesów zbiorowych i interesów jednostki. W referacie wskazano na konieczność uwzględnienia interesów jednostki ludzkiej w koncepcji polityki przedsiębiorstw i sektorów gospodarki rynkowej.
