Abstrakty

Niezbędnym uzupełnieniem analizy zasobów strategicznych jest diagnoza stanu przedsiębiorstwa oraz dopasowanie wewnętrznych struktur i procedur do wybranej strategii. Jedną z metod diagnozy przedsiębiorstwa jest analiza SWOT. Pozwala ona na właściwy dobór strategii do sytuacji firmy oraz zminimalizowanie słabości i ograniczenie działania konkurencji. W artykule autorka przedstawia czynniki jakie wpływają na proces formułowania strategii przedsiębiorstwa, prezentuje typowe dla analizy SWOT cechy i wyznacza główne obszary strategiczne: obszar funkcjonalny (określenie słabych i silnych stron firmy) i obszar zmian (określenie zewnętrznych szans i zagrożeń).

In the article it has been presented certain possibilities of usage of the SWOT - analysis in building the enterprise's strategy. In the first part there are described the factors which in fluence on the process of formulating the strategy of the enterprise. Then the features - typical for the SWOT - metod are presented as well as it has been suggested some egxemplary sheet/form, useful for the standing of the company. Furthemore, there has been included the estimation of usefulness of the SWOT - analysis in formulating strategy of an enterprise. (original abstract)
