The efficiency of market is determined, among the others, by the quality of infrastructure, inckuding financial companies. Duning the recent years financial sector in Poland is one of the most dynamic. Together with the development of this sector, the situation of financial services clients is also changing. Finacial services companies take part in improving transactional system. They create possibilities of decreasing risk for the companies, create security circumsances, they are, also a source of capital and take part ind demands stimulation. (original abstract)
