People that are employed in a firm influence its efficency of activity in a significant way. But the most important part plays the managing staff. The quality of its work is a key factor which brings the firm to success or defeat. To take into consideration features and favourable or unfavourable factors of the good quality of managers work, it is possible to distinguish three sources of the quality of this work: an enviroment, the firm and the manager. A high level of fulfil of requirements of mentioned above sources, defines a level of the quality of manager's work. (original abstract)
