It becomes clear that the new models of economic development requires and adequate changes in methods of evaluation and registration of the intellectual property to reach the following: first of all -more complete use of the intellectual potential of the person, which requires protection of the objects of the intellectual property, secondly -perfection of the registration of non-material assets of the enterprise for the purpose of involvement of the intellectual property into the operation of the enterprise, thirdly -increase of the competitiveness of the national economy based on the active use of the intellectual resources.
