Organization from the Perspective of Selected Management Concepts

Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych nurtów w nauce o zarządzaniu przez pryzmat stosunku badaczy do tego co stałe i zmienne w organizacji. Wyróżniono paradygmat racjonalności strukturalnej, paradygmat dominacji podmiotowej, paradygmat równowagi sytuacyjnej oraz paradygmat dominacji otoczenia.
In the contribution it has been pointed out that differences among management theories and concepts result from different research attitudes towards the organization. It has been assumed that the organization as a social entity does not change in terms of ontology and that its components in terms of ontology are all the time the same. What does change is the character of organization components, and the role they play in the organization they belong to. Characteristics (dimensions) of the organization, constituting its epistemological vision, also remain unchanged, only measures of those characteristics may change. If the above assumptions are correct, then the differences among management theories and concepts can be derived from different research attitudes presented by researchers towards the ontological and epistemological organization vision.(original abstract)
