Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest pokazanie, jakie formy płac powinny występować w skutecznym systemie wynagradzania. Wskazano na tendencje zmian w zakresie stosowania form płac, uwarunkowania, które zmiany te powodują, oraz na formy płac, które są obecnie wykorzystywane. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na grupowe formy płac.

The suggestions presented in this article do not fully touch and they do not solve all the problems connected with the use of different forms of payment. They only point out the tendencies of changes in payment policies, the conditions causing these changes and currently used forms of payment. Special attention has been paid to the team forms ofpayment. Judging by practical experience, the use of these forms of payment allow the company to achieve its objectives and also to guide employees so that they would increase the efficiency of their work and improve the quality, cost and punctuality of their work performance.
