The Conditioning of Commercial Bank Profit Maximalisation

Abstrakty
W artykule omówiono warunki sprzyjające maksymalizacji zysków banków komercyjnych. Przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące kształtowania struktury aktywów banków, normy ostrożnościowe w zakresie kształtowania funduszy własnych banku, pozyskiwanie obcych wkładów pieniężnych oraz poziom i strukturę stóp procentowych kredytów i depozytów.
The attempt to gain the profit at its highest in the relevent conditions should constitute the general assumption of a bank policy in order to provide with the covering of all the expenditures, to accumulate the reserves and to ensure the funds for further development. The factors influencing the implementation it this assumption were discussed in the article. The credit-monetary policy of Central Bank, monetary market instruments and competition were included to the most important exterior factors. The ability of a bank in the realm of creation of interest rates and the range of its assets and liabilities was distinguished as an interior factor. (original abstract)
