Abstrakty
Organizacja przestrzenna pozwala na racjonalne wykorzystanie posiadanych przez państwo zasobów. Jest ona dostosowana do specyfiki danego kraju, poziomu rozwoju, realizowanych zadań strategicznych, posiadanych środków oraz wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych uwarunkowań. Autor na przykładzie Śląska pokazuje powstanie euroregionu. Jest to jeden z najważniejszych regionów z powodu występowania na nim licznych bogactw mineralnych. Jest to także region, w którym dominuje stary i nie najnowocześniejszy przemysł. Zdaniem autora należy zintegrować politykę przestrzenną i przemysłową dzięki czemu regiony będą rozwijać przemysł w określonym dla siebie tempie i dostatecznej specyfice przestrzeni geograficznej i ekonomicznej.
Spatial organization enables to use rationally the resources possessed by the state. The spatial organization is adapted to the specificity of the state, to the level of its development, strategic tasks that are implemented, possessed resources, external and internal conditions. The author presents the establishment of an Euro-region on the example of Silesia. Silesia is one of the most important regions, due to the large amount of its natural resources. It is also a region where very modern industry dominates. According to the author, the spatial policy and industrial policy should be integrated. Due to the integration, the regions would develop in their specified rate and in sufficient specificity of geographic and economic space. (MN)
