Abstrakty
Systemy rozliczeniowe większości państw stanowią istotny element ich systemów finansowych. Autorka przedstawiła ewolucję tych systemów (w kierunku upowszechniania rozliczeń bezdokumentowych) w takich krajach jak: USA, W.Brytania, Francja, Japonia, Szwajcaria, Węgry, Rosja i Polska, oraz międzynarodową współpracę w tym zakresie.
Banks play a very important role in te economy, being intermediaries in non-cash payments. Settlement process consists of the exchange of orders between banks and the final settlement, i.e. actual flow of means.The Polish system, ELIXIR can be regarded as a modern one however, it is necessary to gradually increase the number of banks making settlements through this system. At the international level attempts are made to standarize and ultimately to coorinate domestic systems of settlements. To achieve this, standardization actives are carried out as regards the transferred messages and common features of the systems funcioning in various countries are determined. (short orig.abstract)
