Omówiono znaczenie, istotę i definicje (marketingową i komunikacyjną) public relations. Przedstawiono proces zarządzania public relations ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem modelu Normana Stone'a.
The aim of article is a presentation of a marketing conception of public realtions management. This article consist of three parts, the first one, in which the importants, essence and drfiniotions of public relations are presented, the second, in which the author compares two instruments of promotion : advertising and public relations, and third one, in which the model of public relations put forward by Norman Stone the British PR specialist is presented.
