Abstrakty

Założenia, opracowanej w RFN po drugiej wojnie światowej koncepcji społecznej gospodarki rynkowej, stały się podwalinami nie tylko dla obecnego modelu gospodarki Niemczech, ale także modelem dla kształtu gospodarki jednoczącej się Europy lat 90-tych. Autorzy przypomnieli genezę i rozwój społcznej gospodarki rynkowej i rolę jaką pełni w tej koncepcji eytka. Omówili rozwój polityki regulacyjnej w RFN w latach 80-tych i 90-tych i zwrócili uwagę na problem konkurencji w ramach jednolitego rynku europejskiego. Na koniec przedstawili perspektywę ewolucji społecznej gospodarki rynkowej w obliczu integracji europejskiej.

The authors of the article put the folowing questions: if is possible to speak about areal and effective fullfilling by the model of economy (actually functioning in Germany), that ideas of authors and creators "social market economy"? Is this a fact, or only anideological and political construction? The presented article has traced the origin and development of concepts of "social market economy" and the renaissance of regulatvie functions of a state during eighties and nineties. Problems of today and future european integration are defining the prospects and development of "social market economy". All this facts have brought the authors into the conclusions, that this model is only a given pattern, not fully applied in a practice. This pattern has also unfinished shape and isn't defining directions of economic system in today Germany or in any other country. We may only speak about given degree of the application of this idea. Hence - despite of all adventages of this idea - "social market economy" isn't an easy and only remedy on universal extend for the most problems of contemporary market economy. (original abstract)
