Abstrakty
W artykule omówiono istotę i rodzaje konfliktów interpersonalnych pojawiających się w organizacji. Przedstawiono źródła powstawania konfliktów i ich rodzaje, metody ich rozwiązywania oraz sterowanie sytuacją konfliktową.
Conflict make up an integral part of interpersonal relations. They influence the entity effectiveness, create the atmosphere of personal relations, influence employess' character and their behaviour. Thus, conflicts are of great importance to every entity, as they may spoil its atmosphere and cause resistance against an entity reorganisation. Thus, ability to prevent and solve conflicts is an important task for every manager. Conflicts considered constructively will result in positive, i.e. productive relations among the staff as well as pro-entity atmosphere. Destructive actions, such as avoiding to face conflicts or limiting them spoils the atmosphere and ruins employees initiative. In order to prevent destructiveness, it is very important to quickly identify sources of conflicts, steer them constructively by helping parties to face their problem, confront opinions, eliminate communication barriers and miscommunication, and finally, help to formulate rules of cooperation by proposing possible solutions.
