SAPARD jest skrótem nazwy projektu rozporządzenia Unii Europejskiej - Przedakcesyjny Instrument Wspierania Rozwoju Rolnictwa i Obszarów Wiejskich. Przedstawiono strukturę tego programu oraz formy pomocy wykorzystane w Polsce.

The aim of this article is to provide the answer to the question about Poland's preparations for the absorption of resources available within the SAPARD assistance program. The Operating program is the basis for Poland's applications for SAPARD found. This program ensures an equilibrium between the long-terms priorities of development of the Polish rural community and agriculture and the necessity of getting ready for the accesion. The Polish SAPARD Programme is based around two priority axes: 1. Improvement of the market efficiency of the agri-food sector; 2. Improvement of condition for economic activities and job creation. The extent to which the means obtained within the SAPARD assistance programme depends on a high degree on the angagement of potential beneficiaries - their ability to formulate and implement marketing and financial plans, their readiness to invest their own resources and the risk connected with investment.
