Abstrakty
W zakresie zarządzania zasobami pracy wykształciły się na przestrzeni ostatniego wieku trzy podstawowe modele zarządzania personelem: tradycyjny, stosunków międzyludzkich (współdziałania) i zasobów ludzkich (kapitału ludzkiego). Celem artykułu jest prezentacja podstawowych założeń modeli, zasad postępowania i oczekiwania pracowników i zarządzajacych nimi.
The model attempts to show the evolution observed in the sphere of managing the social subsystem of the company in the span of this century. The article presents the major HRM models: traditional, derived from the concepts by F. Taylor and H. Ford, oriented mainly to the growth of labour intensity, the model of human relations shaped on the grounds of the theses by E. Mayo, A. Maslow, D. McGregor, F. Herzberg and others, embracing the concept of the humanisation of labour, and the model of human resources treating personnel of the company as its important development force and strategic asset. A process can be observed where the approach to human resources evolves from subjective to objective, and also from individual-based to integrated organisation of labour. (original abstract)
