Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono dwa kierunki kontroli komunikacji (przewozów i sprzedaży) w oparciu o doświadczenia Komunikacyjnego Związku Komunalnego GOP. Jeden z nich to kontrola realizacji umów, zawieranych przez zarząd z przewoźnikami. Drugi kierunek, to kontrola dotycząca sprzedaży usług, a zwłaszcza kontrola dystrybucji biletów i kontrola biletowa.

Control is one of the basic management functions. It particularly refers to management of municipal transport service. The origin of transport boards essentially changes the range and methods of transport control. It results from the role of board, who support its functioning on agreements with carrers. The control of these agreements realization is one of the basic tasks of the municipal transport board. The second direction of these effords is a control of refering to tickets distribution and inspection. The last one is nothing new but the control of tickets distribution efficiency is an event that has been presenting in Poland for a few years only. Mentioned above two directions of transport control (services and sale) will be a subject of this paper and will be briefly described basing on experiences of Municipal Union GOP.
