Abstrakty

W opracowaniu autor rozważył problem rozwoju systemów transportowych w krajach Europy środkowej i wschodniej w obliczu przekształceń systemowych i politycznych. Omówione zostały też kwestie niszczenia środowiska przez transport, relacje między systemem transportowym a urbanistyką i planowaniem przestrzennym kraju, sposób planowania sieci komunikacji zbiorowej oraz powiązania pomiędzy różnymi środkami transportu.

The paper presents the author's reflections on the problems of the behaviour and development of transport systems in Central European and East European countries after the political reform of the early 90s. Issues concerning the damage of the environment due to transport discussed along with the relation between a transport system and urban planning and spatial development planning for the country. Also, the public transport palnning is discussed including the relations between different means of transport. (original abstract)
