Abstrakty

W artykule opisano podstawowe założenia i zasady metody DFMA (Design For Manufacturing and Assembly). Celem metody jest wybór odpowiedniego procesu produkcyjnego, optymalnego pod względem wydajności, czasu trwania i ergonomii, przy szerokim wykorzystaniu technologii informatycznej. Autor przytacza kilka przykładów producentów wykorzystujących tę metodę oraz przedstawia korzyści osiągnięte dzięki jej zastosowaniu.

This Article presents the main features and principles of the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly Method (DFMA). The method is used to reorganise planning and production departaments, with the aim of planning new products and beginning their production more quickly and effectively. The author gives some examples of the procedures used in this method, as well as benefits to be gained from its application.(original abstract)
