Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie metody zwanej "konferencją poszukiwawczą" i jej wykorzystania do wypracowania strategii rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Metoda ta stwarza możliwość szerokiego angażowania załogi przedsiębiorstwa w proces formułowania strategii rozwoju. W procesie tym pracownicy poszukują wspólnej przyszłości, wykorzystując posiadaną wiedzę i doświadczenia. W oparciu o przygotowaną wcześniej diagnozę sytuacji firmy, wykorzystując technikę "burzy mózgów", poszukują na 2-3 dniowym wyjazdowym posiedzeniu celów strategicznych firmy.

The recent decade witnessed remarkable changes as regarding the management in Polish companies. They occur consequently due to privatisation processes and the advancing integration with European Union, as well as arise from continuous changes within the environment in which they operate. They force the firms to adapt to the changing circumstances all the time. These continuous adaptation processes are conventionally labelled "the management of changes". The management of changes is by far associated with the growing functional elasticity of a company, decentrealization of powers and the increased significance of task systems based upon workforce teams. The unquestionable merit of the process is provided by the fact that the workeps themselves participate actively in the company's management. The so-called "research conference" determines the opportunity for the staff to get involved into the process of working out the strategies of company's development. The workers seek mutual future, making use of knowledge and experience they have acquired. After a survey of the company's situation, they proceed to adopt the "brainstorming" approach so as to establish strategic objectives of the firm, held at 2-3 daylong outgoing meetings.
