Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję firmy wirtualnej i powody przechodzenia biznesu w stronę wirtualnej organizacji. Scharakteryzowano formy struktur firm wirtualnych, płaszczyzny tworzenia układów partnerskich oraz wirtualizację jako element polityki rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Omówiono także pozyskiwanie funduszy inwestycyjnych i podział ryzyka w firmach wirtualnych, zagadnienia prawne funkcjonowania wirtualnych firm oraz perspektywy i bariery ich rozwoju.
The development of global informatic technologies has an impact on new forms of running businesses. Centralised companies perfoming all the functions connected with production and sale process tend to disappear. New connections linking different kinds of competence are made by scattered co-operatives in order to make a new product or to aceess new markets. This kind of organisation is described as virtual, it diminishes the costs of businesses, increases their productivity and flexibility. What encourages companies to do business in virtual organisations is a strategic chance to gain power over competitors through joined effort. Participation in a virtual organisation involves adapting to its culture and strategy and balancing a virtual organisation's goals with one's own goals. Partners stay in a virtual organisation as long as their profit is higher than the one made in a single company alone. Virtual organisation systems are especially beneficial for little businesses, since they enable them to handle the increasing competition on the market. The fact that virtual organisations have many advantages does not mean that they do not encounter barriers in their development. There are some areas in which we need further research to adjust legislature to new marketing concepts. (original abstract)
