Abstrakty

W opracowaniu określono stopień opłacalności produkcji chmielu w gospodarstwach indywidualnych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem struktury i dynamiki kosztów oraz czynników wpływających na ich poziom. Podstawę rozważań stanowiły przykładowe badania przeprowadzone w gospodarstwach indywidualnych województwa lubelskiego w latach 1989-1993. Analizą objęto 8 gospodarstw, w których uprawiano chmiel, a doboru plantacji dokonano w porozumieniu z Krajowym Związkiem Plantatorów Chmielu.

The purpose of the studies was to determine the expanditures and profitability of hop production in individual farms, with special consideration given to the structure and dynamics of expanditures and the factors affecting their level. In the analyzed period (1989-1993), the prime costs of hop production per i ha increased 12.8 times, while the unit costs per 1 kg increased 11.3 times and the total income from 1 ha increased 8.7 times. Therefore, the studies observed a decreasing profitability of the analyzed branch of agricultural production. The incomes and profitability of specialist hop producing farms were radically lowered. At the same time, one observed a considerable increase of the limit determining the quantitative threshold of profitability and the threshold of payment capicity for hop production.
