Abstrakty
Technologia Grupowa (Group Technology - GT), to innowacyja o charakterze produkcyjnym, polegająca na łączeniu zaprojektowanych cząści maszyn według podobieństwa konstrukcyjno-technologicznego, w celu wytwarzania pojedynczych detali w warumkach produkcji seryjnej. Autor omówił specyfikę tej metody na polu organizacji produkcji, ale głównie skupił się na przedstawieniu genezy rozwoju i wykorzystaniu tej metody na podstawie doświadczeń chińskich.
The article presents group technology treated as an important innovation in development of the productive systems in the industrial enterprises. Characteristic of grouo technology anf its advantages are discussed in the first part of the paper. Chaineses experiences in the creation and implementation of group technology in the machine-building industry are the subject of the second part of this article. Particular atress is laid on adventages attained from application of this innovation. Generally, group technology makes it possible to use the serial production mathods in enterprises with piece and small lot type of the organization of production. It lets flexlible accomodation of the production to the changing needs of the market, maintaining the high quality and repeatability of production. (short original abstract)
