Abstrakty
Autor scharakteryzował kolejne kwesti: marketing środków produkcji (środki ochrony roślin, nawozy mineralne, pasze przemysłowe) jako czynnik rozwoju agrobiznesu; usługi produkcyjne czynnikiem stymulującym proces wytwarzania żywności; przetwórstwo rolno-spożywcze w strukturze produkcji żywności; marketing produktów spożywczych. W podsumowaniu autor stwierdził, że stan polskiego agrobiznesu wskazuje na wstępną fazę jego tworzenia. Do podstawowych słabości należy brak powiązań systemowych poszczególnych ogniw, czego wynikiem jest, m.in. ograniczony przepływ informacji oraz brak integracji umożliwiającej wspólną adaptację ogniw agrobiznesu do gospodarki rynkowej.
The subject of the paper is to show the specific character of the food market in Poland, paying special attention to the lack of coherence between the links creating it. A natural consequence of the economic development in Poland is a decreasing proportion of agriculture in the formation of the national income, which is related to a smaller participation in the turnover of agricultural raw materials for the benefit of ready-made articles. In this situation, we obcerve a relative increase of the role of the links preceding the process of agricultural production and realising the processing distribution of raw materials, by-products and agricultural products. In the conclusion it was observed that the present state of organisation in Poland is at its initial phase. (original abstract)
