Abstrakty

W opracowaniu przeanalizowano kształtowanie się poziomu i struktury kosztów stałych i zmiennych oraz dokonano próby ustalenia progu rentowności w tuczu brojlerów kurzych. Materiał empiryczny zebrano na podstawie ksiąg ewidencyjnych z dwóch ferm spółdzielczych dotyczących 29 cykli produkcyjnych w latach 1990-1992 (woj. lubelskie i woj. chełmskie). W opracowniu wykorzystano metodę tabelaryczno-opisową.

The purpose of the paper was to analyes the level and structure of permanent and changeable cocts of broiler chicken fattening and to determine the profitability of their fattening. The empirical materials were drawn from the documentation and economic and financial accounts in two co-operative farms. The numerical data referred to 29 production cycles in the years 1990-1992. The present paper used a tabular-descriptive method. The permanent costs included the following: amortization of buildings and devises, current repairs, electrical energy, fuels and the other expenditures. On the other hand, the changeable costs were expenditures for feeds, chicks, agreed payment for work, transport and veterinary services. The level of profitability Rx (expressed in a quantitative manner) and Rd (according to values) was determined. (short original abstract)
