Artykuł dotyczy działań podejmowanych w Unii Europejskiej w ramach wspólnej polityki rolnej w latach 1993-1998. Autorka charakteryzuje rozwiązania przyjęte w rozporządzeniu Rady Europejskiej z dnia 30 czerwca 1992 r. nr 2078/92. Przedstawia doświadczenia UE związane z realizacją aktywnej polityki rolno-środowiskowej posługującej się instrumentami quasi-rynkowymi.

Main directions and implementation problems of agri-environmental policy in the European Union, in the years 1993-1998 are displayed in this presentation. This policy was incorporated in the CAP by the EEC regulation No. 2078/92. In the 1999 this regulation was replaced by other one, but the solutions adopted remained basically unchanged. It is therefore part of the acquis communitaire, Poland has to be prepared to accept. (original abstract)
