Abstrakty

W artykule scharakteryzowano wybrane cechy gospodarstw położonych w południowej części województwa lubuskiego, ubiegających się o kredyty preferencyjne. Badaniami objęto 90 gospodarstw rolnych ubiegających się o kredyt w latach 1998-1999.

The elaboration presents some chosen elements of the description of farms situated in the south part of Lubuskie voievodship. The research is based on ninety farms, which solicited for MR line's credit, during 1998-1999 year. The analysied peasant farms are characterisied by a better land structure upon the Lubuskie voievodship's background. They have a larger scale of animals' production per one farm. The studied farms may be classified as developing farms according to farmers' age and their educational level (more than 50 per cent of the farmers have gained an agricultural education). The planned annual gross agriculture production crosses 25,000.00 zl per farm in over 90 per cent of the studied farms. The farmers usually have solicited for credits in order to purchase machines and agricultural equipment. If we consider an average areas of studied farms and their owners' level of education, the decision to take credit have probably been reasonable in most cases. (original abstract)
