The was considered in the researches on market activity in services connection of services with changes in the market situation. This connection mainly expressed by changes at the time of the relation between the ability of particular services to meet the needs of the buyers and the necessities which are marketing the possibilities of selling the services. The carried out analysis of some manifestations of marketing on the background of the product life cycle has demonstrated an essential relation between the structure of the market conditions which identify actions in aid of the offer, the quality of the services and the actions within the scope of the price setting, the distribution and the promotion.
