Omówiono problemy związane z procesami innowacyjnymi, w tym innowacje technologiczne. Głównie skoncentrowano się na roli wprowadznia takich innowacji do strategii rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa i próbie udowodnienia, że techniczne innowacje sprzyjają osiąganiu przez firmy m.in. nadwyżek finansowych. W artykule poruszono dodatkowo inne kwestie, obejmujące m.in.: znaczenie innowacji w rozwoju przedsiębiorstw, metody dotyczące strategii procesów innowacyjnych, a także mechanizmy i instrumenty kontroli tychże procesów.
The contentent of a presentend work contains the most important problems connect with innovational processes with taking into consideration a technical innovations. The problems concern a role a sense of the technical innovations in the development of companies are worked in the market economy. The essence of work is the ascertainement, that innovations in particular the technical are main source worked out a financial surplus. At the same time the innovations afford posibilities for development of the economic activity subjects. The work is contained some problems, in particular: the importances of innovations in the development of enterprises, the methodies strategy of processes innovations as well as mechanisms and implements of control these prosesses.
