In this paper two issues concerning a common model for data and knowledge in the form of tabular systems were discussed. The first issue is the one of knowledge abstraction. The second issue concerns algebraic operations in such abstracted systems. Element of an algebra based on the concept of semi-partitions were proposed. (AP)

Artykuł przedstawia problemy związane z modelem relacyjnych baz danych w ujęciu systemów tablicowych. Omówiono zastosowanie operacji algebraicznych w konstruowaniu takich systemów.
