Abstrakty

W opracowaniu zaprezentowano rolę informacji w realizacji metodologii benchmarkingu. Przedstawiono źródła i metody gromadzenia informacji niezbędnych przy stosowaniu omawianej metody. Zaprezentowano i przedyskutowano koncepcje dostosowania gromadzenia informacji do indywidualnego stanu metodologii i rodzajów benchmarkingu.

In the paper the role of information in the realization of the benchmarking mathodology is presented. The sources and methods of collecting the information needed when using the benchmarking are shown. The conception of how to adjust the sources and methods of collecting information to the individual stages of the methodology and types of benchmarking is presented and discussed.
