Abstrakty

Problemy zarządzania pojawiające się w procesie rozwoju firmy są zróżnicowane i mogą mieć trojaki charakter: normatywny, strategiczny bądź operatywny. Autor omawiając zarządzanie normatywne podkreśla, że obejmuje ono główne cele firmy, wyznacza metody i zasady, którymi ona się kieruje. Zarządzanie strategiczne przedstawiono jako podejmowanie działań związanych z osiąganiem i utrzymywaniem konkurencyjnej przewagi firmy. Zarządzanie operatywne ukierunkowane jest na rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów w ramach ustaleń normatywnych i strategicznych.

Problems pertaining to management occurring in the process of a company's development are numerous and varied. Their nature is determined to a high degree by the level of development that a company has reached. Practice shows that along with a company matamorphosis, entering the consecutive stages of development change management problems and methods of tackling them. Problems pertaining to management occurring in the course of a company's development may by of three kinds: normative, strategic and operational. Normative management embraces the general objectives of a company, applied methods and rules it adheres to in the ling run. Strategic management consists in taking action connected with reaching and maintaining a company's competitive advantage. Operational management is aimed at solving current problems and in particular at direct monitoring of processes relating to manufacturing and information circulation in a company.
