Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W artykule zaprezentowano podstawowe problemy identyfikacji i pomiaru struktur ukrytych. Pojęcie cechy zmiennej i struktury ukrytej ma wielkie znaczenie w segmentacji i selektywności rynku a także w marketingowych analizach postępowania konsumentów.
The article deals with the problems pertaining to an identification and measurement of latent structures. The research methodology based on the analysis of latent variables is widely spread in marketing surveys. However, less attention is devoted to the problems pertaining to the nature of links between the manifest and latent variables and to an identification of a model with latent variables. In the article the author discusses the principles of the determination of reflexive and formative indicators in the measuring model, rules governing the choice of manifest variables for the model and the main principles of an identification of a model.
