Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych zagadnień z problematyki ewaluacji zastosowanej w praktyce edukacyjnej. Ewaluację zdefiniowano jako proces systematycznego gromadzenia informacji na temat działania, właściwości i rezultatów programów, personelu oraz produktów w celu wykorzystania przez specjalistów do redukowania niepewności i poprawiania efektywności. Wyróżniono również kluczowe funkcje ewaluacji, tj.: wyjaśniająca, wspierająca, ukierunkowująca, legitymizująca, komunikacyjna, rozwijająca, demokratyzująca oraz racjonalizująca. Artykuł zawiera również opis organizacji ewaluacji pracy trenerów Funduszu Współpracy AGROLINIA 2000 programu "LIDER".

The main purpose of this article is to expose issues and selected evaluation procedures applied in practice and also conclusions appearing after the evaluation is completed. The evaluation is a process of collecting information concerning programmes (i.e. educational, restructuring), personnel of products. The information is used by specialists to reduce uncertainty and torn improve efficiency and also for decisions taking, owing to what those programmes, personnel or products are characterised by, what they deal with or1 what they concern. The article follows the results and conclusions after the evaluation trainers work has been conducted. The mentioned trainers co-operate with The Collaboration Fund AGROL1NIA 2000 with its registered seat in Poznan and they take part in a programme called "LIDER". The programme is funded by United Europe funds and forwards its training offer to people living and working in the countryside. The mission of the programme is: balanced country areas development as a result of local leaders improvement (for so-called local-development groups), producers' groups as a chance of farm competition improvement "As a group we can achieve more" (for producers groups), the high quality of a tourist product as a chance of country development (for the agrotourism sector).
