Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z unowocześnieniem polskiej gospodarki, poprzez prowadzenie odpowiedniej polityki gospodarczej, która zapewniałaby sprawne funkcjonowanie krajowego systemu innowacyjnego, rozwój sektora usług oraz restrukturyzację tradycyjnych gałęzi produkcji.

This paper contains the main assumption of the restructuring programs. They concern the most important economic sectors from the point of view of the need to modernise them. Around 1/3 of the Polish production is manufactured by hi-tech sector. The most profound importance to the process of modernisation of economic structure will have the policy of ensuring the efficient functioning of the national innovation system, services sector development and restructuring of traditional branches of the economy. Thus the document comprises current and updated government restructuring programs: mining of hard coal, steel and cast-iron metallurgy, mining and manufacturing of sulphur, electro-energetistic industry and chemical industry.
